virus from hell

Help! i am freaking out. I have a virus that won't allow me online so all this great information that tells me to go here or there to download something does me no good cuz i can't get online! it has also taken over all acnimistration rights. Please help!!! i am desperate for suggestions.

Without access to another computer where you can burn a cd or d/l stuff to a memory stick this is going to be very difficult.
Can we assume that you have tried "safe mode with networking"? If that doesn't work can you download at work / school or library / friend's house?

I have tried the cd drive but the computer now says It cant install because the administrator has blocked it. Next I am going to try a flash drive.

Flash drive will be no different. You need to do this one off-line meaning either take the hard drive out and scan it from another machine or boot up from a live cd and clean it up that way.

i took the hard drive out. how do i hook it to another computer to scan it?
