i cannot run hijack this....
my task manager is disabled....regedit disable...and lots of exe file is infected...my AV not running...

help

HUH, then you have serious problems, Restart PC and go to Safe Mode With Networking....Go to http://malwarebytes.org/ and download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware..Then Disable Internet for a while, run a quick scan, delete infections, and then enable internet, update definitions, run a full-system scan..Delete all infections!Restart in Normal Mode, download SuperAntiSpyware Home.. http://superantispyware.com/ and run a repairs(enable all)

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

i cant even enter the save mode ..... it restart again right away

I will look into this further, but I'm afraid that you might have no other choice but to do a low-level format and reinstall Windows
