My 4 year old grandson did something to daughter's computer and now it will not load windows at all. We have tried starting in safe mode, last config. mode and all other options and cannot get the computer to start up. Any suggestions?

Are you seeing a Blue screen after you start the computer?
If so you should see an error message. Write down all that information and post it on this forum

Check to see that all the cables are connected properly and that your young miscreant didn't put anything in any of the drives (floppy or cd).
