Hi - I'm newly registered and am so grateful for this site. Just reading about other user experiences/resolutions to their problems have really helped in the past. My son plays online games and at least one a year we seem to get infected - I usually kick him off my machine for awhile or just long enough for me to forget how much of a pain it is to clean it up! We seem to have another problem right now that I can't figure out and am hoping to get some good advice. Thanks Again.
