At the moment I believe that the general consensus would be that AMD doesn't have anything that can compete with Intels processors.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

becasue its got faster ram and cpu
find out the maxram for the mother board

The system memory figure is misleading, it only implies what it will support, the same thing is true of a motherboard, it will support X amount of RAM. But the true determining factor is the operating system. A 32-bit operating system will only recognize up to 3.5MB of RAM, a 64-bit operating system will recognize all of the RAM of any of the current motherboards.
