Hello.

I see no evidence of malware.

Please try uninstalling:
AVG 8.0
Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
Java™ 6 Update 10
Java™ 6 Update 7
(That's about everything that has anything to do with IE.)

Does the issue still occur?

Please try not to use that computer one the Internet while your antivirus is uninstalled.

With Regards,
The Panda

Hello.

Since this doesn't appear to be related to malware let's bring our discussions back to the previous topic.

With Regards,
The Panda
