I get this message only from one site I visited about three times yesterday and loads of times in the past,yet when I tried again for the fourth time,I got this message????403 Forbidden
Can somebody tell me why that happened suddenly?

Looks like we're not allowed to visit that address. If you've been able to access it in the past, I'd suggest contacting the owner of the website to see what's up.

Worked properly for me, 1624, 4Nov08.

I've received that "forbidden" message before...I always ignored it and figured it was a temporary problem.
