how to fix this problems? Help me, Please..

the system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. the application will not run properly. the relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. the vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

Thanks a lot before. I REally really realy really appreciate your comment..

Please include the title of the Window that this error occurred in. The title usually refers to the program that caused the dll issue.

Most commonly this occurs with systems that haven't been updated (with Windows Update) recently. The most memorable one was the dll relocation of RealTek sound cards that crippled many systems when it first hit.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
