I was able to remove the Internet Antivirus Pro (I think), using the instructions from the following link:

I followed the steps to remove the Internet Antivirus Pro from my computer. I restarted the computer, as it says, in order to download the critical updates, but once the desktop appeared, the computer froze. I tried clicking on the internet explorer icon, the start button, and even the icons in the tray at the bottom of the screen (update notices) and nothing happens. It's like I am held hostage at the desktop. I've tried turning the computer off and then back on, but nothing worked. I've tried cntrl-alt-dele for the task manager, but it didn't work either. What do I do next? Can you please help me?
