Please check your Event Viewer (application logs) for information on errors/warnings/and information items occurring around 3 pm on Nov 2
Double click on the errors and post the information here for us to have a look at.
To open Event Viewer, go to Start...Run...and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

Also, search your hard drive for files ending in .dmp and .mdmp (around the time of the crash) and let us know if you find any.

Do you use FFDShow? That's most likely where the libmplayer.dll module is from.
Try uninstalling it to see if that helps. If it does, try a freshly downloaded copy of the most recent version.

Not sure, is it possible that it is included in a codex pack? or maybe CoD5 Beta installation, those are the only 2 things ive installed lately.

Also installed "Tunebite"

K-lite Codec pack, found it. has FFDSHOW, will unisntall it and install latest version, will see if it works

Worked, now i just need the latest installation, but oh well

It fixed it for you? It may be a corruption in it - so search google for the latest version and reinstall. If it still crashes on you, then don't use it.
