If my ISP renews my Lease, do I need to re-forward ports to my computer?

I assigned my computer a "Static IP," so I could port forward; however, my ISP renews my lease (and usually changes it) every 12 hours. If I want to forward, let's say port 1234, to my computer, do I need to re-forward the port to myself? Or does it not matter because the port is forwarded to my internal IP? Any info is appreciated.

No it usually does that without any input from you. Ports are forwarded through the router, not the ISP so you'll be good weather it renews your license or not (assuming your paying it. ;D)
If I am helping you and I do not respond within 24 hours, please send me a PM. :)
