Newbie to the Bleeping Computer forums.
Oldie to computers - since the time of 'big iron' and, allegedly since before electricity, according to my kids...
I have worked with, well, mainframes to unix servers to PCs (DOS days to Windows) to Macs (OS7 to OSX).
Came here after a Yahoo and Google search on security virus issue.
I currently do solo tech support.

one teensie question... what is the difference and purpose of Login Username vs. Login Displayname (nickname?). Maybe I have them swapped from what I may want long term....
thx. Best.
