I recently was fixing my computer because of a trojan...and in the process I was in "Add/Remove Programs" and accidently deleted "SOUNDMAX" from the list, after that I've had no sound...

I went to, Control Panel --- Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices --- (on the left side) Advance Volume Controls

and I get this message "There are no active mixer devices, go to control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Add Hardware"

well...the problem is...I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM DOING...or what CD has this mixer thing.

If anyone could please help me with my problem, I would gladly appreciate it...

I just want the sound to come baaacckkkk

If this came with your PC (pre-installed) you may be able to re-install the application from your restore CD.

If you have a CD that came with your motherboard Soundmax will be on that. If not it will be on your Restore CD.

Major computer and motherboard manufacturers that are currently shipping SoundMAX in their computers or motherboards.
