A couple of days ago i accidently/stupidly opened a link in an email that downloaded a virus or trojan or something of that sort, sorry i am completely hopeless when it comes to computers, anyway i ran several scans,AVG,F-Secure online scanner and Malwarebyes.Something showed up on all 3 scans so afterwards i thought that things were fine as everything seemed to be working as normal, but then today for some reason i've been unable to access the internet for more than 10 mins at a time even though it says i'm always connected,my service provider says there is nothing wrong at their end and i also can no longer restore my system, meaning that i have now lost all my documents, music, photos etc.I'm presuming that this is all somehow linked to the virus thing which i thought i had gotten rid of? i'm attaching a HijackThis log, could someone please take a look at it and advise me on what to do? i'm really fretting over my lost documents and being unable to connect to the internet is a nightmare,if you think i'd be better off having an expert fix my computer in person please tell me,thanks you for your time, sorry i couldn't be more precise.
