I have recently removed XP antispyware 2009 with malware byte's antimalware. Since then it asked me to reboot to remove some of the viruses. I hit ok and then since then i cannot reboot. It goes to the windows loading screen and keeps restarting. I have tried to do a windows repair installation. My cd-rom will not read any of the cd's. I have tried other cd-roms and they will not work either. I cannot boot into safe mode, or anything in the F8 boot menu. I am thinking my computer is completely useless. My computer is a Windows XP Professional computer.

The only thing left would be to format and install a fresh Windows install.

Hi,
  • Turn on your computer
  • Continuously tap F8
  • Use Up/Down arrows to highlight Safe Mode, Press Enter
Let us know if you can enter safe mode or not
