thank you for reply i thought i was a computer dummy BUT NOT THIS BAD i can't figure how to reply back or if you are able to read this.... i click on start then help a box appears says can't find help file.... i hit start run then start scandisk utility .. box appears and says can't find start.. i take away start and box says can't find scandisk it is disableing everything.. thanks if you get this
