Sometimes desktop icons and start menu choices will not open. I have to right click > explore to get in to it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

-Thank You

It's possible that some part of the OS had a minor corruption that caused it to stop working.
The reboot allowed it to re-initialize and start properly.

FYI - that's just a guess on my part.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
