Internet been running slowly

My internet has started to run slowly lately. And I am not sure why. I cleared out my cache and everthing, but it still goes kind of slow. I use FireFox version 3.03 on Windows Vista Enterprise sp1. If that helps at all.

I am very sorry for posting this. I found out early this morning that my ISP was performing some maintenance on the internet. I apologize for this worthless post.
