There's nothing apparant in your log to suggest you're having problems.

Can you verify that these are legitimate please:

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = hallmarkfire.local

Yeah those keys are right.

Basically system proccess 80+ even when idle. Have run Adware and spysoft, nothing has come back.

Download and run Process Explorer by Sysinternals from here to determine which process is sapping CPU usage.

Let me know what you found.
