Hello,

I recently reformatted my pc.

First thing I did when I logged on was go to my ISP home page and check my mail via the web mail service. There was an add there that was boarderline acceptable. I called my ISP to complain, they told me I have spyware on my PC and that I need to remove it. Not sure how.. I had just reformatted my PC

I then went to mcafee to download that. My computer won't allow me to.

I decided to use my ISP's virus program by F-Secure, that found no errors.

I then went to update windows, my browser would not go to window's update. It would go to msn.com.

I keep getting popups from adv.net, mtn5.goole.ws. Spybot search and destroy has found Zlob DNSChanger. It says it removes it, but when I restart my computer it is back again.
