Pc gives me a system32\cscdll.dll error and shuts down on it own. HELP Please

I am running XP on my system, and lately It's been shutting down on it's own, I put a heat sinking fan on my cpu incase it was overheating, but now I am getting a (the application or DLL C:\windows system32\cscdll.dll is not a valid windows image. Any clues to what my problem is and how to fix it?

No I dont have office on this pc.
