computer runs slow

99.0% of my competer is being used by a hpdll.exe file or program. How can i delete this thing and get back to normal...l

have you gone to add or remove programs (under control panel) (classic view if using XP). Look it up if it is there you may want to delete it (WARNING: I am not sure what that program does so you may want to find that out first before deleting).

This appears to be some kind of spyware:-

Have you attempted to remove it with Ad-AwareSE or Spybot in safe mode?

Also you may want to try a the trial edition of SpySweeper or even Microsoft Anti-Spyware... both remove a little more than Ad-AwareSE and Spybot together... but of course now one program can do it all...
