remove downloader.trojan

i had followed the norton instructions to remove this downloader.trojan file
but problems still remain there..IE cannot work properly,it will immediately stop while loading page,cannot compose mail properly n etc with IE..
then I use HijackThis to scan all file..

so which file should i remove?

Boot into safe mode and delete that file. Then reboot and see if it is back. You may have to both remove the file, and edit your registry to make sure it is all gone.

Once it is gone, your IE and email will work properly again.

I had a problem with this trojan until I installed Avast AV/AT. Since then I haven't had any problems.
