I located few unknown folders in my hard drive

1. C:\kpcms. Inside the folder is 2 more folders labeled; CMSCP and DCPDB. Inside the CMSCP folder are files:cp01, cp11, cp18 (2 kb, 40 kb and 52 kb respectively) with no apparant file extension. Inside the DCPDB folder are files:pcdsharp.psf, pcdscale.psf
Are these Photoshop related? And if so, are they necessary?

2.C:\TempEI4 having 2.tmp, EI41.tmp, EI41.log, and EI43.log files in it.

please tell me what are these files ? and is it safe to keep these unknown files ?

1. KPCMS is the Kodak Precision Color Management System. PSF extension files are pictures.
2. In my opinion, these files are clean.
