I have a customer that upgraded their windows xp pro to service pack 2. Ever since the upgrade their printing ability has slowed through any and all applications. They are printing via IP I believe.

I made sure that file and printer sharing was checked on the Windows firewall
I tried to disable the Black Ice Firewall they are running
I tried restarting their Print Spooler Service
I tried running winsockfix.exe in case it was a TCP/IP problem, but now that I think about it, it's more than likely a system problem than a TCP/IP problem.

We tried to go into the properties of each printer (2 of them) and the response was extremely slow 30 seconds or longer to open.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
