Today there was a national clean-up day in the Netherlands
by a group off computer freaks who help one and other for free.
After cleaning my PC i still have to many stuf in the start menu.
The list is long and i don't know what there can be moved.
Reading Englisch no problem,My writing is symply bade

Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

You can use the Startup List tab, at the top of the page, to check the entries in your startup, to see if they need to run at startup, or not.
This tutorial should help:
How To Use The Startup Database

Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.
If you have any questions about how to use this site, this forum will probably answer them.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.
