Outlook 2000 can't send out mail - Pls help

Hai! Who can help me?


I am using windows XP Pro Services Pack 2 now and my Office version is 2000 (outlook services pack 2),my probelm is when I send out mail to many ppl come out this error message:-

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'xxx.tx@xxx.com.xx' on 10/25/2008 8:40 AM
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.

'xxxxx@xxx.com.xx' on 10/25/2008 8:40 AM
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.

'xxxxx@xxx.com.xx' on 10/25/2008 8:40 AM
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient


So what I need to do???
