Okay, let me explain. This happened last month.

Once I decided to get rid of ZoneAlarm after installing it, in favour of COMODO. But after it uninstalled and requested a restart, the computer froze and the BSOD appeared. After reboot, ZoneAlarm was obviously gone, no registry keys, system files and no entry in Windows Security Center. But I forgot to check the Add/Remove Programs.

Now the entry's still there even though I uninstalled it a month ago. How do I remove it?

But there are two entries in the Registry. One's a bunch of numbers and the other just says "ZoneAlarm". Which one do I delete?
