Here is a screenshot.
http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/1958/bobbagx4.jpg

Basically I keep getting this annoying pop-up dialog every say 20 seconds
and it keeps saying the same message. It give sme no error code or no
solution just changes my computer's theme.

Somehow it switches to the 98 Theme but keeps a colour of white so my
taskbar etc turns a whitish shade. All buttons etc. go to the 98 block style
and this is really bugging me. I have googled it and it seems many more
people are suffering from this error aswell. Any help?

I do appreciate all you help

Please check your Event Viewer for errors around the time of the message.
To do this, go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Click on the +/arrow sign next to Windows logs in the left hand pane
Click on the Application logs to view the entries in the right hand pane

In the event that it's something more serious, you may have to check the System log file also

I'd have to suggest a scan for malware at this point - with an independent scanner in case your protection has been compromised. Here's a link to a bunch of free, online scanners: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/blogs/usas...?showentry=1252

Heres some of the errors

Try disabling the IPHelper service in the Services applet. The middle error message states that it's crashing in svchost.exe (that's the Host Process for Windows Services). It helps with translating IPv6 traffic to IPv4 traffic - and there's not much that needs IPv6 right now (the new Vista Meeting Space is the only thing that I know of).

Go to Start and type in "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
Scroll down the list and right click on the IP Helper service - select Properties
In the Startup Type select "Disabled" and click on Apply/OK.
Then right click on the IP Helper service and select Stop (if it's not available, that's OK).
Test to see if that fixes the problem.

This is just a workaround for the problem - it is not a "fix". The problem still exists, we've just turned off the thing that's not working properly. I'd still suggest the free, online scans to be sure that you're clean.

When did you get the solution report? Was it immediately after a Blue Screen of Death?

I would suggest getting the make and model of your motherboard and then finding the exact nForce chipset that you have.
Once that's done, go to the nVidia website and download the appropriate drivers for your motherboard.
Here's the link: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
In the uppermost dropdown box, select nForce, then make the rest of the selections for your nForce chipset.

I'd go ahead and update the nForce drivers as that's the most certain clue that we have at this point.

What is the make and model of your motherboard. If this is a store bought system we can probably figure it out from the make and model of the system.
