Ok first off you need to download this and run it baddd!

http://consumer.execsoft.com/downloads/downloads.asp?RId=50

Next run a vrus detector online like this one

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Reason I say that is because you have a various rundll.exe could be your video card?

your Microsoft System Management BIOS Driver is down
your Intel® 82801EB SMBus Controller - is down

And Am I seeing this correct;y? But it looks like XP is not installed on your c drive!!

And Doing a repair install is bad and will slow you donw becuase a repair is just meant for you to go back and save some stuff! It installs xp ontop of itself. SO alot of things can go wrong! Your card seems fine!
172.52 MP in 2d but thats not that good forthat card!! I would get rid of the omega drivers and reisntall the reg nvidia drivers. But I can see alot of your problems is due to 86% fragmented files!!!

Here is what you do donwload diskeeper then run it download this defragger as well run it as Complete/name this one is the best but its pricey but has a thirt day trial!
http://www.oo-software.com/cgi-bin/downloa...product=OOD6PRO then run diskeeper again! Then run another test! Just to make sure! Check your pm's!!!

Also go here and let it check what drivers you need!
