My computer just recovered from Win32: Spyware-gen [trj], and not even a week after I fixed that, something new comes in!

I was playing FSX (Flight Simulator X), and Steam opened up asking for a restart of the app so it can update stuff. Well, I can't get FSX to reopen, so I went on IE to find the shortcut to make FSX go from full-screen mode to window mode (Firefox wouldn't open because firefox.exe was still running). I found a flight sim blog, and a popup came up. Then WinPatrol alerted me, asking if I approve of Svchost.exe starting up upon reboot. VERY strange, as this was when the popup from IE came up, so I said "heck no". WinPatrol came back, asking if I wanted to approve it. Stupid me said "fine", and then my computer rebooted itself! When it got to the log-in screen, a new account called "l9153142436" came up. "Uh-oh..." Logged into my account, and quickly tried to open up Avast! to get a bootup scan going. Wouldn't open, and Windows hanged. So I pressed the restart button, and tried logging in in Safe Mode. Scheduled the scan, rebooted, and I'm constantly getting BSODs! HELP!!!
