Spoolsv.exe is a Microsoft Windows system executable which handles the printing process to your local printers. It also can host a trojan infection for the Backdoor.Ciadoor.B Trojan which allows attackers to access your computer, stealing passwords and personal data.

If you don't already have applications to address malware starting with a good firewall, download and use some of the following:

Hey Bro Check It Out.

Spool svc works or running as spooler device.
Spooler is a collection of tasks to perform specifc jobs in a queue in view point of OS.

This particularly relates to Print Spooler.

Solution:
1) Either Disble it by :
Run--> msconfig-->services-->startup--> disable it.
2)
Run-->servicers.msc-->stop spooler servie.

This is necessary to check this for saving Reources of system.
