I've had these nonsense files on my computer since about march, my friends and I spent hours trying to get rid of all of them but couldnt so I just finally decided not to use my computer anymore since I had an unharmed laptop. But now I just really want to get rid of it so I can use my computer so please help me if you can.

Is this the same computer as the one discussed here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/175696/my-computer-is-indeed-infected-with-pos-tmp-files/ ?
