My laptop will not boot! I get a fatal system error message c000021a. Not sure what that means. I don't have the XP cd and am not sure how to get into my system to do anything!

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

System manufacturer and model?

At what point...does the fatal error message appear?

Does POST complete?

Any recent changes to the system?

Louis
