I recently discovered a a product or utility called "Confidence Online Enterprise Edition" on the Add / Remove program list. I've absolutely no recollection of installing this utility on my system. Does anyone know what this is? Should I remove it. If the Add / Remove process doesn't what's the other option. Many thanks.

Regards to all.

Here's a google that I did for it: http://www.google.com/search?q=Confidence+...lient=firefox-a

Seems to be a corporate protection product of some sort.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Many thanks. I'm still not sure what this thing does, nor now I got it in the first place.

Is it or did it used to be a business computer on a network? This isn't the kind of software that would normally be offered to home PC users.

If you find it there, yes you can remove it. My concern would be how it got there in the first place - and if you may need it again if you visit the place that had you install it.

Dear Usasma,

I'm going to remove this thing. I haven't a clue how I got it in the first place.

Many thanks again.
