Hi, I have formatted the computer and I am still getting Microsoft works is out of memory error, when I try to print of print preview. I have installed a NEW printer that has never been on this computer before and it still will not quit giving the error. At least now after formatting it I CAN print the documents if I say ok and go on. But it will not print in landscape, only portrait. If any one has any information it would be greatly appreciated. Oh.....It was infected severly with several trojans and spyware.....but did a destructive format without any incident. Thanks

Go to the printer's support site and download the driver from there instead of using the CD

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
