I recently had a problem getting my HP to startup. I kept getting the beep beep beep that you get when the computer can't find the RAM. The computer tech guy that I took my comp to could not get the computer to boot up with the old RAM or the new RaM. We backed up the entire C Drive to an external hard drive. However, on my old computer, the admin was password protected and I dont think the files got backed up. Is there anyway of knowing how to access these files IF they were indeed backed up?
Thanks for any help
Steve

You shouldn't have a problem accessing the files; although you may need to do this:

Yes, he would be able to do that.
