I have two games that won't play the video or audio portion of the game--the message I receive is that there is a problem with the video check video codecs--when i go to the device manager and down to video codecs portion and come upon vspxvfw.dll the first message I get is that it is missing and to reinstall, the second message is that it is enabled but not working properly. I cleaned the comouter with McAfee, Malwarebytes and GodZilla. In order to fix this video codecs problem, do I just need to reinstall the driveror must more be done. If need be i can addthe listing from Hijackthis. If I only need to reinstall the driver, does anyone know where I can find the driver to install? Thanks for any help that you can give.
