So far I have taken the following steps:

Updated all before running scans

Spybot S&D and Macafee Virusscan while in safe mode (found nothing)

Attempted to run Ad Aware 2008 (froze in Scanning Archive Files, I let it run for over 10 hours, found nothing at this point)

MalwareBytes which found the Trojan Agent

SUPERantispyware (found nothing)

Attempted to run TrendMicro Housecall online scan (froze when almost done)

Kaspersky Online scan (found nothing)

Avert Stinger (found nothing)

MalwareBytes again and this time it found nothing

Windows update

I am also running Zone Alarm and SpywareBlaster

My computer was running slowly and the cpu usage in Task Manager was constantly between 80-100%. Now the cpu usage is between 5-20%, but I am still not sure if my computer is fully clean. I noticed before in IE (even though I use Firefox for most things) that the homepage had switched to the Dell page, but I did not think much of it because my computer was mostly running normal. Now it is back to the regular homepage. But now in Firefox, if I mistype a website, it takes me to an optimum.net search page which it has never done before.

I am wondering if there are any other programs that I should run to make sure that my computer is clean.
