Recycle Bin icon

I am using Windows XP Pro.
The icon related to the Recycle Bin "disappeared". I can't find it on the Desktop.
Need assistance how to reinstall it.

Thanks Garmanma for your prompt answer.
I couldn't follow the instructions the link because icouldn't reach
"...You will be prompted to enter the information into the Registry. Answer Yes....."

After few trials, I remarked that I can reach the Recycle Bin icon using this 'way'
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disc CleanUp
A windows open asking to clean drive C --> click 'OK'.
A new windows will open . Under the Tab "Disc Cleanup" look (in the files menu)
for "Recycle Bin". Click on it (to paint it) and click on the command button "View Files".
This will open the Recycle Bin folder with all its deleted files.
From the Address of this windows (just under the Tools Bar) click on the Recycle bin icon and drag it to
a visible spot on the desktop.
