Hello everyone. I'm having a major problem with my computer. I can't delete files or folders on my desktop or even a web page from my favorites. If I right click on the icon, I get the message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem...blah, blah, blah". The same thing happens if I click on it and then hit the delete button. I'm not sure what to do...any help would be appreciated.

did you try cleaning your computer

http://www.stevengould.org/index.php?optio...&Itemid=223

and try using unlocker to remove files
but make sure they are not critical to the system

http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

click on this ... Unlocker 1.8.7 - From this website
when the website opens

and run this program
post it in correct forum

run malwarebytes
to clear up any possibility of infection
its a great program and its getting better than AVG7.5 Antispyware
download it from here

http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Ant...ware_d5756.html

dont post it in this forum
put logfile here (this forum)
