TROJAN VIRUS

Hello everyone..even though I have a full symantec product ,it seems i have got a trojan and i cannot get rid of it.. It keeps on creating a folder with diverse enties (( SEE PICs uploaded.. 00any help will be
greatly apprciated

Does anyone have a clue if this is a real virus or spyware ??? and what is it called ?

If it is recreating it and you quarantine it But it comes back then you will need to post a log in the HiJackThis section.
