Blue Screen

Hi my name is Tom I am new to this so please bare with me , I have a problem with my computer I will give you all the info I can, here goes I have a E-Machine 466i 256 memory 6.4 GB hard drive, running windows98, I keep getting a blue screen with the following error-- Invalid VXD dynamic link call form WFILEOP(01) + 00006C28 to device "B22B" service 7 your windows configuration is invalid run windows setup program again to correct this problem. press y to continue or n to close windows if you continue windows may become unstable. When this started I was installing Restoreit 6 a program I bought from world start, it said to close and run scandish and defrag. Which I tried to do but it keep restarting,so I went to configuration and startup, to check off programs running in the back ground when I restarted the blue screen appeared with this error. I never installed the Restoreit 6 program, I have a restore CD but it will not start auto I have to start it in the my computer and then double click the cd -rom I-con. can some one please help me.
