Gentlemen,

Yesterday I attempted to send large emails with large attachments and my ISP Mail Server rightly rejected them. I asked for clarification of the ISP's capping policy and have had an immediate satisfactory reply, with a recommendation that I send large emails by www.yousendit.com instead of Outlook Explorer. I have put a www.yousendit.com shortcut on my desktop. The URL does not have a link to my address book. I would like a shortcut to my address book to be on my desktop. Can that be done ?

Open Windows Explorer

Go to C:\Program Files\Outlook Express
Right click the Wab file
Click Sendto | Desktop (create shortcut)

Go to Desktop, right click shortcut to Wab and click Rename
change shortcut name to Address book

Note that if your address book is based mainly around a web based mail, such as otmail, yahoo or Gmail, a lot of your addresses may be missing

Thanks putasolutions. It works a treat. I should have known how to do that.
