I have 3 computers with the same problem. When on the internet in IE7, there is often a 2 or 3 second lag when clicking on the mouse button or typing in a search box or address bar. I had Comcast look at the problem and they told me I needed more RAM. I increased the RAM from 1GB to 2 1/2 GB on one computer with no change in the lag. I routinely check for spyware and viruses in Safe Mode. I have tried uninstalling the keyboard and mouse drivers and let Windows reinstall on reboot, but that also did not help. I am running Norton Internet Security, and have disabled the anti-virus and firewall with no change in the lag. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Hi rdj, If you have the same problem on three machines, I think it's unlikely to be coincidental. Have you checked your internet connection speed?
