seems i'm a little slow at this, but for some time, my internet explorer won't open a secondary window....i.e an email attachment, or often a link.
i usually can circumvent this by using msn explorer, but somehow my default is still listed through int exp. so it continues to be a problem.
i don't know if this is a bug, virus, or a poor setting!!
perhaps someone can help me?
