this is kind of a stupid question, but I can't seem to log onto AIM or any chat program for that matter. I'm not sure what the problem is because I've already deactivated my only known pop up blocker, which is the norton internet security pop up blocker. Does any one have any possible guesses on what it might be?

What was the solution? Other people may have a similar problem and it would help them out.
