I have converted a few dvd's to mpeg 4 using both ashampoo easy converter and prism converter and used correct settings for psp, sent films to memory stick in psp and then to the correct folder, MP_ROOT then to 100MNV01 the file is there when connected via usb cable, when i go to use the psp
the file shows up as taking up memory but when I go to videos there are no videos there, any help would be greatly appreciated, dougie.

In MP_ROOT you should have 4 folders: MUSIC, PSP, PICTURE, and VIDEO.
Movies go in the VIDEO folder.
