Do a CC or a BCC, add them and send the e-mail.

To save the addresses directly into the new address book, you can try this:

Open the Address Book / File / Export / Address Book (wab) , then copy to another location on your HD and burn from there, either to a CD or to a flash drive.

To restore onto the new computer;
Copy the CD or flash to a folder on the new machine. Right click on it / Properties and remove the Read Only attribute. Open the Address Book / File / Import / Address Book (wab) and save in the existing Address Book.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
