If you have already posted this log at another forum or if you decide to seek help at another forum, please let us know. There is a shortage of helpers and taking the time of two volunteer helpers means that someone else may not be helped.

All our HJT Team helpers are volunteers who do not have the same skill level and expertise to deal with all types of malware and operating systems. Although we try to take HijackThis logs in order (starting with the oldest), it is often the skill level of the particular helper and his/her familiarity with your operating system that dictates which logs get selected first. Some infections are more complicated than others and require a higher skill level to remove. Without the appropriate skill level of the helper, attempting removal could result in disastrous results. In other instances, the helper may not be familiar with the operating system that you are using since he/she uses another. While I understand your frustration, in either case, you would want someone to assist you who is familiar with your problem(s) and operating system to attempt to fix it.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Due to health problems, I have good days and bad days. Good news is that I do not see any obvious sign of malware.

Please post your question(s) in BleepingComputer's Computer Forum, Windows XP Home and Professional, where the computer experts may help you. My expertise is dealing with malware and I prefer that you get the help of computer expert(s) in solving your problem. Please include a link to this thread so that the computer experts may see what we have done.
